Tentative Itinerary

​Friday Night: Kick off the celebration with a casual Welcome BBQ, followed by s'mores and storytelling around the campfire.

​

Saturday: Start the day with a hearty breakfast and enjoy a variety of outdoor activities, including swimming, high ropes, volleyball, pickleball, and lawn games. In the evening, get dressed up for the main event: the wedding celebration!

​

Sunday Morning: Gather for a final breakfast to wrap up the weekend before checking out and heading home.​​

Outside Alcohol and Smoking Policy

Alcohol: You may bring your own alcohol to this event. Hard alcohol and glass bottles are not permitted outside of the cabins. We also request that you do not consume alcohol prior to using the waterfront.

Smoking: ALL smoked/vaped marijuana and THC products are NOT permitted at the Camp. Anyone found smoking or vaping these products will be asked to confiscate the product. If anyone is caught a 2nd time they will be asked to leave the premises.

​

Cigarettes, Cigars and other Nicotine products: There will be designated areas to smoke on site. ​​

  • We highly encourage you to bring your own linens and towels.

What to Bring

  1. Wedding Outfit:

    • Semi-formal attire

    • Comfortable shoes (think grass, sand and dirt roads)

  2. Weather-Appropriate Additions:

    • Light jacket, shawl, or wrap (for cooler evenings).

    • Umbrella (in case of rain).

    • Sunglasses or hat (for outdoor ceremonies).

  3. Lodging Essentials:

    • Sleeping bag, sheets, and pillow (linen packages can be rented for $10).

    • Towel and washcloth.

    • Toiletries (toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, soap, etc.).

    • Shower shoes/flip-flops.

  4. Casual Clothing:

    • Comfortable clothes for downtime (think activewear and camp attire).

    • Sneakers or sandals.

    • Swimwear.

    • Extra socks and undergarments.

    • Rain jacket or poncho.

  5. Outdoor Gear:

    • Bug spray.

    • Sunscreen.

    • Flashlight or headlamp.

    • Reusable water bottle.​

  6. Evening Fun:

    • Cozy layers (hoodie, leggings, etc.) for campfire or late-night gatherings.

    • Blanket for stargazing or outdoor seating.
